BID Travel RappUp Project: Streamlining PNR Finalization

When migrating their agent desktop system to the Sabre GDS, BID Travel required a partner to assist with an integrated solution for process automation and data accuracy improvement. The client chose DataArt to build a Sabre Red App (called RappUp) because of our travel domain expertise and successful track record delivering software projects for Sabre clients.

The main purpose of RappUp is to help travel assistants perform PNR Finalization smoothly and quickly. This, in turn ensures process automation within Bidtravel mid-back office, minimizing human intervention and ultimately improving the accuracy and quality of data provided to customers via Business Intelligence Platform. The developed Red App encompasses the PNR lifecycle from creation to queue placement.
