Our Commitment to Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging

DataArt is committed to promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion among our candidates and colleagues. We seek to encourage the representation and participation of diverse groups of people. The collective sum of the individual differences, self-expression, and talent our colleagues invest in their work represents a significant part of our culture, reputation, and achievements.

We hire candidates based on their professionalism, not their appearance, age, gender, race, religion, citizenship, sexual orientation, or other personal characteristics. That is why we make sure that our job postings are gender or age-neutral along with the job descriptions. We promote awareness and share knowledge and best practices for preventing discrimination in the workplace and our business relationships. We provide equal opportunities for professional growth and development.

We see diversity as our strength. We want to create a comfortable environment for colleagues from all genders and ethnicities, abilities and disabilities, religions, cultures, ages, sexual orientations, backgrounds and experiences, skills, and expertise.

Fostering a culture where every voice is heard and valued, we unlock the full potential of our team and ensure that every person belongs.

In December 2020, DataArt was mentioned in Strong Leaders Creator in IT report in the "Diversity and Inclusion" area, with comments from our leaders included. The full report is available here (in Polish).

In 2022, we earned the Best Company for Diversity award for Large Companies, and in 2023, we earned the Best CEOs for Diversity award for Large Companies.

In 2023, we established a DEIB-dedicated working group to continue creating the programs, initiatives, and proper support to help our colleagues thrive.

Inclusion in DataArt means implementing a more personal and customized approach to address the needs of individual colleagues. We work to identify what resources are required to maximize their potential and bring their authentic self to work.

Our commitment to flexibility extends beyond mere schedules; it is a commitment to recognizing and valuing individual circumstances and accommodating diverse needs.
