With nearly 20 years in IT, 11 years at DataArt and deep, continuous experience in Betting & Gaming throughout his tenure, he brings a rare combination of executive delivery leadership, commercial instinct and hands-on domain credibility.
Andriy is one of DataArt’s leading senior managers in Betting & Gaming and currently co-leads the company’s BnG practice, helping define its strategic direction, market positioning and growth agenda. He has successfully led demanding client engagements across tight budgets, aggressive timelines and highly complex stakeholder landscapes, consistently turning pressure, ambiguity and delivery risk into structured execution and measurable outcomes. One of the flagship examples of his track record is GreenTube, part of the Novomatic Group, where he built and managed a highly strategic relationship in one of the most demanding areas of the industry.
His domain expertise spans the full Betting & Gaming landscape, including iCasino, game development, sportsbook, betting exchange, social casino and adjacent regulated digital ecosystems. This breadth allows him to work equally effectively with engineering teams, C-level clients, product leaders and business stakeholders - translating industry-specific challenges into practical delivery models, scalable platforms and long-term account growth.
In parallel, Andriy serves as Head of DataArt’s Odesa Development Center, combining practice leadership with broader organizational responsibility for people, delivery maturity and business resilience.
