The Fort Ross Consortium, which has become an official partner of the Foundation for Assistance to Small Innovative Enterprises (FASIE), invited Michael Zavileysky to take part in expertise activities and in the fund's jury on the Start program. Michael was highly praised for his expertise in the projects by Ivan Mihailovich Bortnik and was made an official expert of the Bortnik Fund.
