Finance and investment courses provider and one of the most recognizable certifications for investment professionals.

Challenge

The company needed to digitalize the process of taking exams.​ It was hard to create specific offers, the whole process was manual. Besides the client had a non-standard selling flow, where customers can buy only certain products (exam appointments) – e.g. you can buy Advanced certification only after passing the Basic one.​ As well client’s platform had a lot of issues with tax providers, which slowed down the payment process for customers.

Solution

DataArt completed a quick proof of concept (PoC) and demonstrated that all features can be implemented with BigCommerce on time.​ Then the full road map was created and DataArt started to making it possible to easily manage inventory, add or remove products, calculate taxes and everything else required to manage a website and fulfill orders.

It was essential for the client to allow customers to add promo codes and special discounts, or auto-apply them based on loyalty status, check out using different payment methods and create smooth data management.

Now the client has simplified marketing, automated taxes, easily manageable product and opportunity for customization. As well as the client became a modern, flexible, and effective organization that applies the most up-to-date technologies and approaches and quickly reacts to business needs and requests.
