In order to comply with the provisions of the applicable Privacy Law (e.g. GDPR, Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, its Regulations and Applicable Guidelines), We provides to you the following privacy notice.

This privacy notice does not imply in any way any contract or any other relationship between you and DataArt.

We do not gather any your information in order to sell it.

DataArt may collect personal information about potential clients and partners mainly from:

• Directly from you, when you send us your contacts by using our sites contact form;
• Directly from you, when you give us business card at public events or in private conversations;
• Directly from you, when you register to participate in DataArt webinars or events;
• Directly from you, when you use or register on sites managed by DataArt;
• From third party platforms and social network websites like DiscoverOrg or LinkedIn;
• From current DataArt employees, resellers or contractors, with your prior permission, as part of our internal referral program;
• Within contract execution activities.

The personal data we obtained may contain the following information about you:

• Full name; 
• Contact information (company, job title, email, phone, messengersΓÇÖ or social networksΓÇÖ IDs, physical business address); 
• Professional data, including but not limited to details of your qualifications, skills or business experience.

We may use your personal information for the following purposes:

• To administer our web sites and business;
• For inverse connection for business and marketing communications purposes, according to your initial request;
• To conduct events and for inverse connection related to events, you registered on;
• For marketing and statistic, site enhancement purposes;
• To keep our website secure and prevent fraud.

Collecting personal data DataArt uses the following legal basis:

• Collecting personal data based on consents. The collection of personal data based on consent from the data subject is implemented by using ┬½Consent Forms┬╗ on DataArt sites (e.g., it is impossible to register on the event or use ΓÇ£Contact UsΓÇ¥ forms without accepting the consent). 
• Collecting personal data based on legitimate interest. We may use personal data if it is considered to be of legitimate interest, and if the privacy interests of the data subjects do not override this interest. Normally, to establish the legal basis for data collection, an assessment has been made during which a mutual interest between DataArt and the individual person has been identified. E.g., our legitimate interest is in monitoring marketing activity and direct marketing which are not overridden by your interests or your fundamental rights and freedoms and allow DataArt to grow its business through partner network.

Your information will be stored in our sales management system(s) and on other IT platforms like Exchange server. Your information may be shared internally for marketing and sales purposes. This includes members of Sales and Marketing team, Account managers in the business area like yours. Additionally, we may share your information with IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles. 

In the course of your personal information usage, we may transfer this information to any member of DataArt group, including international locations, if we in our sole discretion consider this necessary. For statistical purposes, we may collect information about your response to our emails and our interaction with you to make decisions on future marketing. Additionally, DataArt retains the right to use third party tools and API including but not limited to Pardot, SendInBlue or ActiveCampaign to make direct marketing easier.

From time to time, we may send you our newsletters, which contain information about our services, news, events, etc. You may opt-out anytime you want.

DataArt will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.

As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:

• obtain a copy of your data on request;
• require DataArt to change incorrect or incomplete data;
• require DataArt to delete or stop processing your data;
• to withdraw the consent any time (in case we process your data based on the consent);
• object to the processing of your data.
