Luba joined DataArt in 1999 as a Chief Accountant and was appointed CFO in 2004. She is responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Luba provides leadership and coordination of DataArt’s budgeting, tax planning and accounting policies and is in charge of their implementation.
She is also responsible for consolidated financial reporting to shareholders and investors of DataArt. She maintains banking relationships and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements (GAAP, IFRS) in all countries of DataArt’s presence. Luba is a Certified Public Accountant.
