Challenge
- The client needed an outsourcing partner that could help it digitize professional exams.
- Project had already begun in Salesforce CommerceCloud (SFCC), but the original vendor wasn’t able to deliver project on time because of numerous issues with SFCC.
- Client had a non-standard selling flow, where the customer could only buy certain products (exam appointments) after meeting prerequisites (e.g. a customer needed to pass the Basic exam before they could buy the Advanced one).
- Custom integration with Sovos tax provider was required.
