A B2B online marketplace especially designed for HoReCa customers (hotel, restaurant, catering) as well as independent traders. The сlient had a goal to make the new platform the largest online marketplace in Europe for HoReCa customers.

Challenge

The key challenge was to ensure the launch of a marketplace in under 9 months. This involved adopting a legacy system and integrating it with multiple third-party systems (e-shop, warehouse, logistics, vendors systems etc). The whole marketplace infrastructure would be created from the scratch. We quickly assembled an efficient team of 50+ engineers for the project, from software developers to top managers.
