You either sent us your CV or We received your CV from a third party (there could be recruitment agencies, websites that you have used to seek employment, our current or previous employee etc.). We will use it in DataArt recruitment process. Your CV may contain the following information about you:
- First and last name
- Contact information (company, email, phone, messengers’ IDs, physical business address)
- Professional data, including but not limited to details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history, information about your current level of remuneration, including benefit entitlements;
- Educational data;
- Other relevant information to your qualifications and skills.
We rely on legitimate interest as the lawful basis on which We collect and use your personal data. Our legitimate interest is the recruitment of staff for DataArt business.
Your information will be stored in our HR management system and on other IT platforms like Exchange server. Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, hiring managers, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles. In course of your personal information usage, we may transfer this information to any member of DataArt group, including international locations, if we in our sole discretion consider this necessary. Additionally, we may share your CV with our clients for the purpose of further possible recruitment to our current projects.
We may contact you about the role you applied for or other potential suitable roles by different means of communications, including emails; and we retain the right to use third party tools and API like Mailchimp or ActiveCampaign to make it easier. You may opt-out anytime you want.
DataArt will only retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes it was collected for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements.
If your application is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your Human Resources file (electronic and paper based) and retained during your engagement. The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.
As a data subject, you have a number of rights. You can:
- obtain a copy of your data on request;
- require DataArt to change incorrect or incomplete data;
- require DataArt to delete or stop processing your data;
- object to the processing of your data.
