DataArt Helps Automate Wine Trading Services for Vine
DataArt has completed the development of a web application for Vine, the storage, settlement and distribution service of Liv-ex, the global marketplace for professional buyers and sellers of fine wine.
Vine now provides Liv-ex customers with online access to wine stock records, movement details, photos and the status of estimated stock gain and loss, enabling them to track the location of their wines. DataArt helped optimize Vine’s customer relationship management system and implemented new user interface. The new system enables Vine to continue re-defining the standards and processes in the fine wine supply chain, saving time and reducing costs through expert service, unique wine identification and technical integration.
“DataArt quickly integrated with our team to conceptualize and design a new product to automate our client requests, which were previously processed manually,” said Ashley Hopkins, Head of Vine. “DataArt delivered high quality service and excellent user experience for Vine customers. With their assistance, we’ve reduced service time for clients, so that our employees can focus on innovation and fostering client relationships.”
“User experience technology is crucial to providing customers with fast and easy service,” said Dmitry Bagrov, Managing Director of DataArt UK. “The new platform enables Vine to give up manual processes and put control in the hands of their clients, who can now instantly transfer stock to their trade customers, in turn reducing payment cycles and delivery costs, with an opportunity to turn stock quicker.”
