DataArt welcomes target ideas in US and cross-border, executive says

Mergermarket, a part of the Financial Times Group, interviewed Alexei Miller, Executive VP, and Eugene Goland, President of DataArt, on the company’s recent achievements and plans for the future.

DataArt Enterprises, a privately held custom software development company based in New York, is scouting for US and cross-border buys and welcomes target ideas, said Executive Vice President Alexei Miller.

It is profitable with approximately 1,000 employees (as many as 85% of whom are engineers and other technologists), and it generated approximately USD 30.7m 2012 revenue, said Miller, a co-founder.

It is "looking at some targets," though no transaction is imminent, and it will be highly selective in making any buys, said Miller, declining to forecast the pace of buys, if any.”
