Diversity Equity Inclusion Belonging

refers to the representation of individuals within an organization or
group. It encompasses a broad range of personal characteristics that
make each individual unique, including race, ethnicity, gender, age,
sexual orientation, nationality, culture, disability, socio-economic
status, educational background, and more. refers to ensuring fair
treatment, opportunities, and access for all individuals, considering
that people have different needs and starting points. Equity involves
removing barriers and providing the necessary resources to achieve fair
outcomes. Equity differs from equality in a subtle but important way.
While equality assumes that all people should be treated the same,
equity takes into consideration an individuals' unique circumstances,
adjusting treatment accordingly so that the end result is equal. refers
to the creation of environments where all individuals feel welcomed,
respected, and valued. is a step forward in inclusion as it emphasizes a
sense of connection, acceptance, and individuals feeling part of a group
or organization.

Statement

Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging Policy Version 1.2 of March,

Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) across the company. Applicable to all
DataArt colleagues and talent management processes, it addresses the
formation of a diversified workforce, emphasizing equity promotion and
inclusion practices. Each location retains the right to expand the scope
of the policy based on local cultural, social and demographic
circumstances. The policy extends to various aspects, including
recruitment, compensation, professional development, working conditions,
training, appraisals, promotion, conduct, disciplinary and grievance
procedures, and employment termination. It is not an employment contract
component and can be amended by the Board of Partners at any time. Based
on DataArt's core values, the policy aligns with the principles of
People First, Expertise, Flexibility, and Trust. -- People First:
Prioritizing relationships and investing in colleagues' professional
development. -- Expertise: Integrating technological excellence with
human values for societal betterment. -- Flexibility: Adapting to change
for the greater good, valuing individual circumstances and diverse

Responsibilities

DataArt expects everyone to accept and adhere to the Statement and
guidelines set forth by this policy. All colleagues are required to
exhibit DEIB conduct at work, functions, and company-sponsored events.

Violations

Violations of this policy may lead to individual disciplinary action,
including termination, financial measures, and legal consequences. Any
violation of this policy, such as discrimination and harassment should
be reported through the Grievance Procedure. The reporting person does
not need to be a victim of such violation to report. Complaints will be
treated extremely seriously and investigated as soon as possible.
