All DataArt’s affiliates, subsidiaries and other members of DataArt enterprise group are committed to use and process your data in strict accordance with DataArt internal policies and controls in place to ensure that your data is not lost, accidentally destroyed, misused or disclosed, and is not accessed except by our employees in the proper performance of their duties. We would like to use the following information about you:

  • First and last name;
  • Contact information (company, email, phone, messengers IDs , physical business address);
  • Professional data, including but not limited to details of your qualifications, skills, experience and employment history, information about your current level of remuneration, including benefit entitlements;
  • Educational data as provided by you in CV;
  • Information about your entitlement to work in the UK;
  • Other relevant information to your qualifications and skills.

DataArt may collect this information from your application forms, CVs or resumes, obtain it from your passport, other identity documents or collect through interview process. We may also collect personal data about you from third parties, such as references supplied by former employers. Data will be stored in our HR management system and on other IT platforms like Exchange server.

Why would we like to use your information?

In order to successfully complete your job application we need to process your personal information. That information is also needed to prepare your contract. In some cases, we are required by law to process your data to ensure that you are eligible to work in the country . We may also need to process data from job applicants to respond to and defend against legal claims.

What will we do with your information?

Your information may be shared internally for the purposes of the recruitment exercise. This includes members of the HR and recruitment team, interviewers involved in the recruitment process, hiring managers, managers in the business area with a vacancy and IT staff if access to the data is necessary for the performance of their roles. In course of your personal information usage, we may transfer this information to any member of DataArt group , including international locations , if we in our sole discretion consider this necessary. Meanwhile, we confirm that appropriate safeguards to protect your personal information have been taken, including execution of European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers of personal information between DataArt group companies.

Additionally we may share your CV with our clients for the purpose of further possible recruitment to our current projects.

If your application is unsuccessful, DataArt will hold your data on file for 1 year after the end of the relevant recruitment process for consideration for future opportunities. At the end of that period, or once you withdraw your consent, your data is deleted or destroyed. If your application is successful, personal data gathered during the recruitment process will be transferred to your Human Resources file (electronic and paper based) and retained during your engagement . The periods for which your data will be held will be provided to you in a new privacy notice.
