DataArt proposed building a "product factory" for Clarity, a structured environment within an organization, designed to enable continued innovation, rather than simply replicating the existing system. The approach involved developing a new system and establishing repeatable best practices for achieving the solution's future vision from both technological and business perspectives.
To realize this vision, DataArt employed our in house developed approach known as Connect Framework, a structured process that focuses on gaining alignment from business stakeholders on a clear roadmap for achieving desired business outcomes. The Connect Framework specifically helped navigate the complexities of timelines and technology landscapes. It began by collaborating closely with stakeholders to define a strategic
DataArt approached the project in layers, starting with a booking feature and gradually adding more complex functionalities. This method helped DataArt build a strong, trust-based relationship with Clarity and set clear expectations throughout the development process.
During the project, the joint team addressed several complex issues:
The team developed the solution using a cloud-native architecture, incorporating a React front-end and a .NET back-end for the online booking tool. They leveraged AWS for scalability, performance, and compatibility with the required technology stack to meet Clarity's evolving needs.
The platform adheres to AWS security best practices within the AWS Shared Responsibility Model. Team utilized cloud security tools, including AWS GuardDuty, AWS Macie, AWS Security Hub, AWS CloudTrail to create a secure and scalable cloud-based solution. Additionally, they conducted an AWS Well-Architected Review to validate the design.
The project successfully led to the development of a high-performance, cloud-native ClarityGo booking platform that addressed Clarity's initial challenges. The platform acts as a comprehensive solution for booking accommodation, flights, rail, and car hire, providing users with convenient searches for each product, ensuring faster and more relevant options tailored to their specific needs. The new system significantly improved scalability, performance, and usability, providing Clarity with a robust foundation for future growth.
Since its launch, ClarityGo has seen over 1 million bookings, with an average of 2 million product searches a month, 45,000 sessions a day, and 9 bookings per minute, as more customers get onboarded to the new solution. Online adoption rates have increased from 70 percent to an average of 85 percent, with some customers achieving rates as high as 96 percent.
The online adoption rate reflects the share of total bookings completed through ClarityGo rather than through offline channels.

Working closely with Clarity's own development teams, who have been identifying trends and behaviors, DataArt has successfully migrated over 50% of clients to the new platform, tackling challenges as we gear up for the remaining migrations.
The platform's success was a testament to the client's vision and openness to embracing innovative ideas, which drove their business forward and set the stage for future growth. DataArt played a pivotal role as a true partner for progress, providing the strategic guidance and technical expertise needed to turn these ideas into reality.
