DataArt Launches Managed Services to Provide Post-Implementation Support to Clients
DataArt, a technology consulting firm that creates end-to-end solutions, has announced the launch of its Managed Support Services as the next step toward providing additional value to its enterprise clients. With managed services in place, DataArt takes the responsibility for post-implementation support and production system maintenance.
Clients that subscribe to the support services gain the advantage of having access to experts with first-hand knowledge of their systems, increased reliability for business-critical applications, flexible SLAs, guaranteed reaction time and peace of mind. DataArt helps clients reduce operational costs with fixed monthly fees that allow keeping budgets under control. Releasing internal resources from application maintenance, DataArt clients can better focus on their core business.
The initial service offering addresses three major maintenance scenarios demanded by DataArt clients: ad hoc support, ongoing enhancement, and 24 x 7 technical support. The first – ad hoc support – is the best choice for clients who occasionally encounter the need to address small and simple tasks quickly. The second, ongoing enhancement is ideal for clients who continuously add new features to the existing applications but don’t need a dedicated full-time development resource. The last, 24 x 7 technical support is built to ensure uninterrupted availability of business-critical applications; the DataArt customer support team is comprised of experienced technicians with in-depth knowledge of systems in need of support and can step in and take corrective actions immediately.
“The first clients that have taken advantage of DataArt managed services have given us high praise,” said Dmitry Yakovlev, Vice President of Engineering at DataArt. “We look forward to enrolling more clients in the coming months and to expanding our offering to better address client needs.”
“Managed services is a natural step for DataArt as it moves from strictly software development to strategic technology consulting and reliable tech support,” added Eugene Goland, President of DataArt.
