DataArt is Named Top 10 Emerging European Provider by Global Services
“We view DataArt to be a specialty software services company with strengths in developing complex applications and solutions using offshore resources in Russia/Eastern Europe,” said Ed Nair, Editor of Global Services magazine.
The Global Services 100, now in its fifth year, selects companies that demonstrate leadership, innovation and outstanding performance in IT outsourcing. The ranking, compiled annually by Global Services magazine in conjunction with neoIT, sources the world's most innovative providers of business and technology services and identifies leaders in 11 service-delivery areas spanning IT outsourcing, engineering and customer care. Evaluation criteria include service offerings, client relationships, technical and vertical expertise, effective operations and human capital among others.
“We’re honored to have been recognized by Global Services 100 once again, and are proud to see the results of our investments into vertical expertise and customer satisfaction,” said Eugene Goland, President of DataArt. “We look forward to sustaining our excellent performance, to further benefit our clients around the globe.” 2008 was a year of significant achievements for DataArt. Having garnered expertise in a new vertical, DataArt has launched the online travel solutions practice. The company introduced Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation and customization, and received two additional competencies as Microsoft Gold Partner, Mobility and SOA & Business Processes. In 2008, DataArt signed 39 new clients and secured a minority stake private equity investment.
