QA Automation (Java+Selenium), Reverse Mortgage Solutions

Position Overview

The client provides services in the reverse mortgage market.

The project is in the process of migration from the IBM technology stack (Java + EGL procedural language) to AWS Cloud Provider with a focus on a serverless deployment.



  • Writing functional tests, drawing up test plans and checklists, supporting tests, logging and monitoring errors
  • Working on the formation of a testing strategy for several application modules
  • Establishing the work with other teams and the client’s vendors

Required Skills and Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in the automated testing of web applications
  • Ability to work with automation tools (Selenium WebDriver + Java)
  • Experience in the automated testing of services and external APIs (GraphQL/REST)
  • Knowledge of test types and the methods of organizing them in the process of testing various applications, skills in maintaining test documentation (test plans, test cases, etc.)
  • Knowledge of the basics of security testing
  • Experience with Git
  • Knowledge of and experience with CICD (Amazon AppSync)
  • Knowledge of database basics and skills with relational databases
  • Good spoken English

Nice to have

  • Experience with Amazon CICD
