Lessons Learned procedures have been developed to help companies understand and improve on their previous mistakes. The system aims to transform the errors and miscalculations of yesterday into the critical decision-making data of tomorrow.

The Lessons Learned System monitors multiple phases of the operational process, drawing on more than twenty data sources. The resultant information is stored as centralized data, accessible both over the corporate Intranet and via wireless devices operating from mobile computers. The system automates internal document flow, ensuring fast and effective delivery of data across organizations.

With its focus on process automation and informational analysis, Lessons Learned can provide an invaluable on-line tool for corporate decision-making.
