NetNews Web Publishing System
The NetNews Web publishing system is a universal Internet and Intranet information publishing system. It provides an easy and convenient way to publish information streams to the Web. The system is based on a flexible document presentation and document circulation model and can manage a wide range of document types, from traditional newspaper- and magazine-type articles to complex structured data with various customizable presentation types.
NetNews is an Internet server-centered system with all data storage and business logic modules centralized and working on a separate Web server. All data modifications and presentation managing operation are implemented as Web-based interfaces, so all documents and most managing operations are accessible through the Web.

UNIX Server (tested on FreeBSD and Linux)
HTTP-server (tested on Apache)
DBMS Postgres (version 6.5)
