VanceInfo IPO buoys VC backers Sequoia, DCM

The Deal magazine devotes an article to the IPO announcement by VanceInfo Technologies Inc., the first Chinese technology services company to launch an initial public offering, and offers comments by DataArt Executive VP, Alexei Miller.
