Probationary Program Introduced
July 26, 2004

The current rate of company growth and further expanding projects requires an inflow of newcomers to meet new demands. In response, DataArt has begun a new probationary program designed to attract and keep congenial people.
During the first meeting,
Mikhail Zavileysky, Head of DataArt's St. Petersburg Office, presented the company's structure, values, history and ideology to a group of candidates. Then corporate issues were debated and the sharpest participants were awarded with a Brain-shaped paperweight. The meeting proved to be a success and future meetings are planned. So far, nearly 120 people have applied for the program and applications are still coming in.

To summarize, Mikhail Zavileysky said, "We don't provide illusions. We are always very sincere and open about sharing our information. We wish to find 'DataArt' people."
