At the latest meeting of DataArt's Saturday club, participants discussed the questions of creativity within the company and techniques for organising the creative thinking process. Andy Green's bestseller 'Creativity in PR' served as a stimulus for the discussion, which broached the subjects of how to maximise creativity and techniques for presenting creative ideas to partners and customers. Many participants were pleasantly surprised to find that creativity, rather having a purely negative effect in communication with the customer, can in fact inject a charge of positive energy into the process and help to form a closer and more effective working relationship.
