DataArt has signed a long term partnership agreement with TecPoint, a Swedish IT consultancy. The agreement marks new territory for DataArt, whose sound reputation has made it a prime candidate for software outsourcing activity in the Nordic market.
The Nordic technologies market is one that is geographically and historically linked to St. Petersburg, Russia's outsourcing capital, yet Nordic companies don't fully leverage the outsourcing opportunities that Russia provides. TecPoint and DataArt’s cultural connection is making communication and partnership a natural process for the two companies. Per Eliasson, CEO of TecPoint, relayed his confidence in the partnership.
