Tanya Andrianova

Senior Vice President of Human Resources at DataArt

Tanya has been with DataArt since 1999 and is in charge of all HR initiatives at the company, including employee recruitment, retention and management. She initiated and oversaw implementation of a comprehensive employee retention program which resulted in a 3% attrition rate at DataArt, the lowest in the industry. Tanya was also instrumental in developing a company-wide employee motivation program, widely acknowledged by clients. She’s a frequent speaker at HRM conferences and events throughout Europe.

Tanya holds a Master of Arts degree in Linguistics from the Russian State Pedagogical University in St. Petersburg.
