Gregory Abbott is a recognized expert in the Travel Industry, with 15 + years expertise in retail travel, travel technology, and tour operations. His experience extends to domestic and international travel organizations, product direction, development & distribution, and content management systems. Through his business development, sales retention and contracting skills he has established an extensive C level contact base. Prior to Nexgen, Greg worked as an Investment Advisor at Jefferson Pilot Financial, and was Sales and Product Director at STA Travel, a travel organization for students and youth, before that.
Greg received a BA & AS from the University of California at Berkeley. He speaks fluent French, is proficient in German and Spanish, and competes in marathons and triathlons for recreation.

Prior to DataArt, Dennis worked as a software developer, project manager and system architect for several U.S. and UK-based software development companies. Dmitry Andrianov joined DataArt in 1998 as a lead developer, and was responsible for designing and implementing the first version of Mail.ru, Russia's first free e-mail Web based portal launched later that year, currently the second largest portal in Eastern Europe with 50+ million users.
Dmitry is in charge of strategic planning and control of key project development activities at DataArt, and ensures the optimal application of technology and engineering resources to meet software development and customer requirements in financial and telecom sectors.
Prior to DataArt Dmitry worked at FontLab Ltd., the company named after its flagship product which dominates the market of digital font development. There he led the development of ScanFont, the software for conversion of raster images into vector fonts.
Dmitry graduated with honors from St. Petersburg State University of Information Technology, Mechanics and Optics (SPbUITMO) with MS in Computer Science.

Artyom joined DataArt in 2003 as a developer and quickly advanced to software architect and then project manager positions before becoming a Vice President of Project Management in 2006. During that time, he’s been in charge of establishing DataArt’s regional R&D centers in Voronezh, Kharkov and Kherson, expanding project management teams for DataArt’s key accounts.
In 2008, Artyom relocated to New York headquarters from St. Petersburg. As a Senior Vice President , he oversees major U.S. accounts and has been instrumental in closing new sales in the financial, media and telecom sectors. He plays an active role in the development of DataArt’s software engineering initiatives and is a contributor to the company’s project management and software development knowledge bases.

Goland has managed several successful ventures throughout his career, for which he’s raised over $10M, including a private equity investment in DataArt. Luba joined DataArt in 1999 as a Chief Accountant, and was appointed CFO in 2004. She’s responsible for all financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations. Luba provides leadership and coordination of DataArt’s budgeting, tax planning and accounting policies and is in charge of their implementation. She’s also responsible for consolidated financial reporting to shareholders and investors of DataArt. She maintains banking relationships and ensures compliance with local, state, and federal budgetary reporting requirements (GAAP, IFRS) in all four countries of DataArt’s presence. Luba is a Certified Public Accountant.
Prior to DataArt, Luba worked as a Chief Accountant for some of Russia’s leading food and consumer product companies, overseeing their financial affairs and providing reporting to investors, shareholders and local tax authorities. Prior to joining DataArt, George was a CTO of DMS Consulting, has worked as a project manager at Sofline, and spent a decade in various IT positions at a number of full cycle software development companies. He holds a PhD in Computer Science from the National Aviation University of Ukraine where he teached software engineering.

Mikhail Zavileysky has been Chief of Russian Operations at DataArt since 1998, and a member of the Board of Directors since 2002. He was appointed COO in 2003, and became General Manager in 2009.
Mikhail is the driving force behind DataArt’s expansion into the regions, and currently oversees operations of all four R&D centers in Russia and the Ukraine. His core responsibility is human resources and risk management, as well as business development. He introduced a knowledge ecosystem at DataArt, which encompasses all spheres of the company's activities and allows for effective policies in working with subcontractors and educational institutions, as well as managing HR.
Prior to DataArt, in 1997-1998, Mikhail lead a MS technology domain at WebPlus, the largest Internet provider in St. Petersburg, Russia. Before that, he managed software development projects in the area of mathematical modeling in hydrology and hydrogeology processes at St. Petersburg State Hydrological Institute.
