Dmitry Yakovlev

Vice President of Travel & Hospitality Practice

Dmitry joined DataArt in 2003 as a software developer, and has been instrumental in building the company's online travel technology solutions practice which he currently leads. He's a recognized expert in designing online booking engines, inventory management and content management systems for the travel industry. He contributed to expanding the travel and hospitality practice by 50% in 2008, and has worked on all key accounts in the space. Prior to joining DataArt, Dmitry worked for academic institutions and research centers as a researcher. He holds a MS in Chemistry and a PhD in Quantum Chemistry from St. Petersburg State University (Russia).
