DataArt arranged the navigation so that functional navigation ("Contacts" "Submit RFP," etc.) was on top and content navigation ("Team," "Technology Focus," etc.) was on the left. These options are global and remain properly consistent throughout the site.
The color choices for the content navigation menu might be improved. The slightly varied pastel colors of "Company," "Services," "Industry Expertise," and "Clients" don't seem to differentiate those headings.
Under three of those headings, the options are pale blue. Under "Industry Expertise," the subheading options are clearly a different color. Perhaps the intention was to make the options of "Industry Expertise" stand out, but because the subheading options are all at the same level, it might have been better to make them all the same color. If it was necessary for "Industry Expertise" to stand out, that could have been accomplished by making all the headings the same color and deepening the hue on that option. No matter how it's accomplished, some graphic redesign might be appropriate.
The "What We Do" page (below left) has cartoon graphics that draw the eye to important information. In areas such as "Development" there's a hyperlink to "Learn More." This is a good way of not overloading the page in places where all the information cannot be delivered in an appropriate space. It's better to offer a "Learn More" option than to continue with a great deal of text that would throw the cartoons out of balance and increase the horizontal size of the page.
The cartoons strike a fine balance. They are not so out of place that they clash with the navigation of the site, yet they are distinctive enough to draw a visitor's attention to that particular space on the page.
