Case Study: Tacoda QA dedicated team


Client

Tacoda® (www.tacoda.com) is a U.S. company specializing in the development of software products aimed at facilitating the selection and targeting of internet audiences based on advertising needs. The company's two main products are Tacoda Audience Management Services™ and Audience Match Network™.

The first product is an end-to-end marketing application utilized for analyzing customer interactions, segmenting and monetizing audience members, while providing a directly actionable, closed-loop solutions.

The second product improves publisher inventory utilization and revenue generation by increasing the volume of high value inventory. The company's headquarters are located in New York city. Tacoda® selected DataArt to provide product testing and QA, based on the company's track record and references from the clients.

Mission

With its development team located in the U.S., Tacoda® considered offshore outsourcing for the entire testing task to be an effective solution for their software production needs.

Success

At first, the client formed a team of two QA engineers. Several months later, two more joined the team. And, finally, six months later, the team grew to five members. In the process of selecting a vendor, the client determined that DataArt's attention to seemingly minor working issues was a decisive factor for choosing its team, which later became a dedicated partner. Members of the QA team were available 24/7 on the phone or by e-mail.
