Under the arrangement, DataArt will provide Intermedia.NET clients with custom application development while Intermedia.NET will offer hosting services to DataArt's clients.
DataArt will provide Intermedia.NET customers with advanced Web development capabilities, such as corporate databases, network applications, CRM and content management tools. Intermedia.NET will provide DataArt clients with advanced Web, mail and Microsoft Exchange hosting. Thus, the partnership will provide clients with a seamless "one-stop" set of solutions catering to their Web needs, including Web application development, hosting and support.
