DataArt wins Russian Software Excellence Award for Employer of the Year

On June 9th, DataArt received the Russian Software Excellence Award and was named Best Employer of the year. By beating out rivals IBS (Russia) and Reksoft, DataArt proves its team is not only technically accomplished, but that it has the best Human Resource policies as well.

Winning the award is not a surprise for DataArt. It is the culmination of nearly 40 human resource benefits and the strategy of giving up on vertical hierarchy to favor horizontal company principles.
