CIO Collective and DataArt are pleased to announce a major event — Global Technology Forum in St. Petersburg Russia. This event will be held on February 4th, 2004 in St. Petersburg Russia. Stuart Robbins, the executive director of CIO Collective and a key technology thought leader to America's Premier CIO Community is a featured keynote speaker for this event. This special one-day event will address the important issues of outsourcing and offshoring, vendor selection and management as well as a major impact on the role of a CTO/CIO. In addition, Stuart will also provide an executive overview, and analysis of a changing CIO role, best practices, and emerging opportunities in the current global marketplace.
