In the recently published "Global Outsourcing Report 2005" by CIO Insight magazine, DataArt is featured as
one of the major players in the Russian outsourcing space. 20 countries were analyzed in the report,
compiled from surveys and interviews with outsourcing and business experts, including DataArt President,
Eugene Goland. In the report, Russia is projected to move from current #6 to #5 among global outsourcing
destinations by 2015, and is cited for excellent R&D, extremely skilled programming force and quality
