Russian Outsourcing Company Sets up Shop in Jacksonville

The news of DataArt establishing a regional office in Florida was picked up by Jacksonville Business Journal and resulted in a feature story on company's expansion to the Sunshine state and its success with signing up a key client, Strategic Technologies, Inc. (STI). DataArt's Vladimir Lozovsky mentions operational transparency as one of the key factors in DataArt's success. STI's representative is quoted as saying that "the carefully weighed decision to… try DataArt was a matter of keeping competitive".
