DataArt Executives Attend SIA Technology Management Conference in New York
June 27, 2005DataArt's New York team has attended the SIA Technology Management Conference & Exhibit June, 21-23, 2005. The Security Industry Association's annual event brought together major technology companies working in the financial industry. Vendors of securities industry products and services exhibited on three floors of The Hilton New York in what turned out to be the largest exhibit of its kind ever assembled.
DataArt's team met with executives from the leading financial technology firms specializing in financial data processing, market data, information security, web and Internet technology and information systems. As a result, new partnerships and alliances are being discussed. "I am very impressed with this event, as it literally brought together all the key players in financial technology under one roof", said Michael Zaitsev, CEO of DataArt. "We made some important connections this year, and plan to be among exhibitors next year".
DataArt Shares Secrets of Website Optimization at the AmCham Meeting
June 21, 2005Julia Zavileyskaya, DataArt's Director of Marketing Communications, was a guest speaker at the meeting of PR Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in St. Petersburg, Russia. The meeting was attended by representatives of members of AmCham, such as Coca-Cola, Radisson Hotels, Corinthia Hotels International, Philip Morris and others.
Julia's presentation, "Company Image on the Internet: PR, Marketing, Branding", covered the tactics of turning a company's Website into an effective marketing tool, and creating an efficient process of developing and maintaining a cost-effective Website. The presentation offered results of the research on Website optimization, as well as real life examples and ROI estimations.
"DataArt has accumulated a serious expertise in Website Optimization, which is currently one of the hottest areas of Web marketing" said Zavileyskaya. "Our department of R&D optimization achieved great results, and now we are ready to share our knowledge."

The forum's seminars and panels included Oracle products presentations, announcements of new features and upcoming releases of Oracle product lines, and discussions of potential future partnerships. DataArt recognized by Red Cross for Its Humanitarian Efforts
June 09, 2005DataArt was awarded the Russian Red Cross letter in recognition of its humanitarian activity. President of the Red Cross Saint-Petersburg department, Tatiana Lineva, presented the award to Eugene Goland as a gesture of gratitude for DataArt's developing the Russian Red Cross' Web site. DataArt will continue to maintain and update the site as part of its charity contribution to the organization.
This is not the first time DataArt helps volunteer organizations. The company has contributed its IT expertise to Disaster Psychaitry Outreach during its Tsunami Relief Effort by rebuilding the organization's web site registration system.
Contributing to good causes is a solid tradition supported by all of company's employees: members of DataArt St. Petersburg team regularly donate blood for the 1st Municipal Children's Hospital and New York team participates in the city blood donation drives.
