October 19, 2004Last weekend, at St. Petersburg's beautiful Krestovskiy Island, the annual "Nevsky ring" contest was held. Every professional and amateur speed lover and motor-car enthusiast showed up to show off their skills. (The only thing needed to participate in this race is a car!)
DataArt' Quality Assurance Engineer Svetlana Gudkova took part in the contest last Sunday. She was the only DataArter among the participants, as the car of the other potential company racer unfortunately broke down that same day. Nevertheless, in spite of the cold autumn day, several persons came to show their support for which Svetlana greatly appreciated.
In the end, Svetlana placed 22nd out of 60 participants, of which only four were female motorists. We salute Sveta for her impressive result!
