August 19, 2004DataArt's experimental "rookie" program is yielding some fruit. Out of the three different and productive meetings held so far, two full-time employees have been hired. Bor Enkhtuya is a C++ developer and is involved with DataArt's Greek market project, Eugene Sokhransky is being hired as a technical writer.
The program has also allowed about 10 people to be involved with various DataArt activities on a part-time basics. One such opportunity is participating in DataArt's Educational Center associated with the St. Petersburg State University Physical Faculty.
Since the program is proving to be a great way to staff development teams with young, talented, and creative people, it will certainly continue and have a positive influence on the development process.
