April 21, 2004On April 21, DataArt attended HR & IT Committee meetings held by the American Chamber of Commerce in Russia. Some key recruiting issues were discussed at the HR meeting, and at the IT session representatives from the Fort-Ross Consortium talked about their attendance at the current CeBIT exhibition. The audience was pleased to learn that German IT companies’ interest in Russian outsourcing is on the increase.
