The Russian Federation is in the top 10 countries having the most certified professionals in all categories.
April 05, 2004Brainbench, a global leader in online testing, presented a new Report titled Global Skills IQ 2003. The report sites worldwide trends in job skills and certification, both in IT and non-information technology sectors. According to the report's data for 2000-2003, the Russian Federation is in the third place after the USA and India in the top 10 countries having the most certified professionals in all categories. In the list of the countries with best average result Russia was in fourth place after Canada, Switzerland, and Brazil where there are significantly fewer specialists than in Russia. Neither the U.S. nor India are among the top 10 countries leading in average test scores.
