An employee of DataArt, Kirill Lebedev, delivered a lecture at a meeting of the St. Petersburg Club of Consultants and Trainers.
April 02, 2004The club has held monthly meetings since autumn 2002 at the northwestern division of the News State Information Agency. The purpose of these informal meetings is to discuss issues related to the training and consulting business. Kirill spoke about the problem of business objectives in the internet forum. Oftentimes at such forums, helpful answers from other participants and constructive discussion of the issues can't be expected. Instead, one receives a lot of extra and irrelevant information which doesn't answer his questions. However, Kirill Lebedev offered a well-developed method of how to conduct dialogues with specialists in a forum, while remaining in the framework of constructive discussions.
