DoMoreInNewham, an innovative online leisure network linking all organizations in Newham involved with sports and healthy living, went live today. DataArt won a public government tender for the development of the network almost a year ago, and we can say that it was a great honor for us to work on this project. The Newham Team of DataArt has done their best using the most up-to-date and fool-proof technologies for the network. The network offers a user-friendly way of linking all these leisure-related organizations. The result will be improved service performance and delivery for Newham residents. Integrating cutting-edge communications and information sharing technology with service delivery is certainly a perspective trend, corresponding to the "e-government" concept. Stephen Timms, UK Minister of Energy, E-Commerce, and Postal Services, attended the DoMore.co.uk launch ceremony and noted the importance of the online leisure network as an example of e-government in action.

Remote Artworking System successfully demonstrated.

The Remote Artworking System, created by DataArt for a leading UK based company in the area of digital asset management and workflow solutions, was successfully demonstrated to more than 100 people. Those in attendance included clients and CIOs of the firm along with brand and promotion professionals. The Remote Artworking System is a web-based marketing tool which automates the creation of customized POS and high quality marketing and printing materials. The integration of the Remote Artworking System into the workflow of a major international corporation allows it to consolidate its brand, decrease marketing costs of its regional distributors, and centralize the control of assets and processes.
