Alexei Miller (EVP)
 Alexei Miller is Executive Vice President of DataArt, overseeing the company’s customer relations and project management activities. He has been working at DataArt’s St. Petersburg office since its inception in 1997, and transferred to the New York headquarters in 2002.
Expertise
Miller has been instrumental in building DataArt's Project Management practices throughout the period of the company's growth. His extensive management experience, technical background and excellent communication skills have enabled him to become a key liaison between the company's clients and the Development Center.
Miller also leads DataArt’s Financial Technology practice. He is in charge of building and managing a framework of outsourced projects for financial clients’ mission critical and knowledge intensive systems. These include order management and allocation, portfolio analysis, risk management, CRM, real-time market data access and support for STP infrastructure.
Prior to joining DataArt, Miller was a Project Manager at Tercom, a software development company in St. Petersburg, Russia. There he lead several development projects for the Italian telecommunications giant Italtel.
Education/Associations
Miller graduated cum laude from the prestigious St. Petersburg State University with a MS degree in mathematics. He is a frequent speaker at international conferences on outsourcing and is often quoted in the media on the subject.
