Stuart is the founder of The CIO Collective, a private association of senior IT executives throughout the country providing guidance to emerging businesses, and also the Founder and CEO of KMERA Corporation, a provider of Knowledge Management solutions and services. He was most recently Chief Information Officer for Jamcracker, Inc., where he served as the chairperson for Jamcracker's CIO Advisory Board, and before that, served as the Interim CIO and Y2K Program Officer for Documentum, Inc. Stuart currently serves on the CIO/CTO Advisory Board of Netscaler, Inc., and the CIO Advisory Board for CIO Insight magazine, from Ziff Davis Media. Previously, Stuart held senior IT management positions at Synopsys Incorporated and Cadence Design Systems, and has worked/published in the field of Information Technology and Information Transfer for fifteen years.
