Loretta W. Prencipe

With experience as both an award-winning editor and attorney, Loretta W. Prencipe now oversees the editorial direction of Media First Public Relations. Prencipe shapes client communications and develops stories for first tier press including CNBC, WSJ, Bloomberg, Fortune, and technology and biotech trades. Media First includes among its clients top technology, human resources and biotech companies.

Prior to joining Media First, Prencipe served as senior editor for InfoWorld magazine, developing its CTO coverage and writing a column. During her tenure with InfoWorld, Prencipe received several awards for editing and writing including for InfoWorld's compensation survey and September 11th coverage. In addition, Prencipe spoke at many industry events including Comnet, InfoWorld's CTO Forum and for Women in Technology.

Previously Prencipe was the editor in chief of ITrecruitermag.com, a print publication covering IT career and workforce trends and also served as a radio correspondent. Prencipe holds a B.A. in Russian studies and juris doctorate from George Mason University School of Law and practiced law before embarking upon a career in journalism.
