Donnie Foster is the Founder & Executive Vice President of Argea (www.argea.com). Donnie has been involved in IT and Business Process Outsourcing for more than a decade. He is a former senior executive at Hewlett Packard Company and has over 27 years IT, R&D, and professional services knowledge. He helped HP set-up its offshore centers in Bangalore and Chennai, India, and helped oversee outsourced operations in Japan, Eastern Europe, and China. He has led and advised established companies and startups on their decision to outsource offshore, and counseled offshore companies on improving their quality of service and client responsiveness.
